We’ve teamed up with local public transport companies so that it's easier than every to get to Countryfile Live on public transport - taking the stress out of your journey and helping reduce traffic.
Blenheim Palace is about eight miles north-west of Oxford. There’ll be regular buses between Oxford’s main train and bus stations to Woodstock. Buses run by Stagecoach and the Oxford Bus Company (S3, 7, or 500) will drop you off and pick you up from a stop just outside of Blenheim Palace grounds, close to the main show gates.
Tickets can either be paid for as part of the rail show and travel package or you can pay cash or contactless payment on board.
SHOW AND TRAVEL PACKAGE
Our ‘Car-free Countryfile’ package combines your show, GWR rail and bus tickets, meaning booking is easy and will save you a bit of money too. You can buy tickets directly by calling 03457 000 125 or by visiting the GWR website.
- Adults: £27.00 (show ticket) + £4.50 (return bus ticket to Oxford) + GWR rail ticket
- Children: £13.50 (show ticket) + £2.25 (return bus ticket to Oxford) + GWR rail ticket
- Bus tickets are valid on any of the S3, 7 or 500 journeys between Oxford and Woodstock

If you're coming by bus, your Countryfile Live return bus ticket to Blenheim Palace will be accepted by either Stagecoach or Oxford Bus Company for the return journey.

Oxford Parkway to Countryfile Live (routes 7 and 500)
- Adult return: £4.50
- Family (up to 2 adults and 3 children): £10
Hanborough Station (from main road) to Blenheim Palace/ Bladon Chains / Bladon Road (route 233)
- Adult return: £4.90
- Family (up to 2 adults and 3 children): £14
Eight miles north-west of Oxford, on the A44 Evesham Road, Blenheim Palace is easily accessible from London and Birmingham. The Palace is signposted from junction nine of the M40.
When visiting Blenheim Palace by car, please be aware that a 20mph speed limit applies in all parts of the Estate.
We strongly advise you do not use a Sat Nav system, as they do not take into consideration our traffic management system. As you approach the estate please follow the AA event signage marked: Countryfile Live Public. These will guide you into the parking areas and our Traffic Marshalls will direct you.
